Billy FitzGerald

After a long, boring, agonizing and ultimately fruitless US government meeting I decided to walk back to my office. I had stopped at a cross walk to wait for the light to change and a car horn started to honk. It was Billy. I’m sure that he only meant to say hello to his brother-in-law and didn’t expect that I would step off of the curb and into traffic to his car. I rode with him on some of his route visiting some of the fire stations. Besides just the pleasure of spending some time with my little sister’s husband, Billy introduced me to “SHREK”. I had had a good day with Billy … one that I shall remember for a long time!
