Meeting Coach Fitz was a blessing. He worked tirelessly and selflessly to mold many us to become men. He lead by example and even simply observing him, you learned respect, hard work, responsibility, dedication, humanity and many other qualities.
Forever grateful for all the memories, lessons, the 1-hour sessions in the gym, the headlocks, all the rides to and from. Anytime I grab a 45lb plate I smile.
This was all much more than just wrestling. Thank you Coach for it all.
