What a nice way to say thank you. As a cousin, Billy and the many other FitzGerald’s would mostly meet during funerals, weddings, Ocean City, picnics, and several times during family reunions. Even during one of Billy’s worst times, he always had great respect for those around him. And I say with great respect Billy always considered me family although I was adopted into the family very young, but that was never an issue. We were all family to him. From our grandparents to our parents to the first cousins and now the second cousins, there isn’t a story that wasn’t or can’t be told, and Billy was good as it gets. Family, service, friends. Billy was involved. Billy cared. “God will welcome Billy with open arms and say well done, Billy, well done, as his place in heaven is well earned.”
