Billy FitzGerald

I have so many fond memories of coaching with Billy at the Langley Youth Wrestling program. I first met Billy when my son, Grant, started wrestling at the age of 4 (Year 2000) . I then spent the next 10 years or so, coaching with Billy and coaching his sons, John and Jimmie. I would occasionally come over to Billy’s house to wrestle with the boys in the garage where they had a mat. Billy was a wonderful role model for all of the young wrestlers and their families. I also have fun memories of Billy and the FitzGerald clan coming over to my house for my neighborhood July 4th fireworks show in Great Falls. Billy will be missed by so many but his legacy will live forever in his relationship with Lila, John and Jimmie and in so many of our memories and the time we spent with him.
